White Pilot Shirts reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion.

Prices :

Valid prices are the ones shown on the web at the time of the order.

Payment :

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited immediately the payment button is clicked. The order will be processed when payment has been received.

Delivery :

Made 2 Measure (M2M): Most M2M orders are shipped between 14-21 days (subject to card clearance). Orders which are to be shipped together, group or institutional orders may take longer.

Ready to Wear : All Ready to Wear orders are shipped within 3-4 days (subject to card clearance).

We ship all orders thru courier service. It may take 3-5 days for your parcel to reach you.

Shipping is FREE worldwide*. However, local import taxes, custom duty if applicable is to be paid by you.

Please note during busy periods such as seasonal sale and Christmas, shipping may take longer. If you have still not received your order or if it’s taking longer than the specified delivery time, please e-mail us at info@whitepilotshirts.com.

Return / Exchange Policy :

Made 2 Measure (M2M) & orders of customised/personalised products do not qualify for refund or exchange unless there is a major measurement mistake or error from our end.  

We are happy to exchange the items for you. Return the products to us within 3 days in perfect condition of the original packaging with the labels & tags intact, and the proof of purchase for exchange.

Do not return products in soft packaging as it might damage the original packaging in transit.

Please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on the items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable.

Please return the items to the below address. We advice all customers to return any items to us obtaining proof of postage or by “signing for” delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for goods not arriving with us. Please ensure you include your contact details.

Cancellation / Change of Order :

If you decide to cancel/change your order, please inform us within 6 hours of your payment as we may not be able to cancel/change orders for which we have already started work.

When you order using your credit card, you will be transferred to a secure site, in order to be given a greatest degree of security possible.
